Submit a Track Trick

So, you’ve come up with a spec-track-ular new trick with your tracks or trains? We’d love to see it! Have a grown-up fill out the form below and upload your photo. We’ll pick at least one photo each week to send through the Track-stagramatic Photo Developer* and share with all the track trick inventors out there!

* Don’t tell the little tracks, but what really happens is that the author/illustrator of the book adds faces to the photos the same way she created the illustrations for the books. **

I understand that by submitting this image, I agree to the following:

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have the legal power and authority to submit the image and to grant the rights herein.
  • I am the legal parent/guardian of any minor children shown in my submission, and give my consent to have their image and likeness used and reproduced as described herein.
  • I still retail all copyright and ownership of my original image.
  • I am granting a perpetual royalty-free, worldwide license to Jessica Petersen to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, display, publish, and distribute such content in print or digital form, including publicly accessible websites and social media posts.
  • I understand that there is no royalty, fee, or other compensation associated with submitting my image.
  • I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Jessica Petersen from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
  • The image being submitted does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or invade or violate any right of privacy, infringe any other proprietary right, or contain anything libelous and obscene.
